You would help carry Symphonia from its first parishes to many more, and help stand up the next products beside it. You would own real areas of the product, from sacraments to stewardship to communications, and take each one from the data model to the screen. We work in TypeScript, SvelteKit, and Postgres, and we care about the unglamorous things: honest schemas, exports that work, and software a volunteer can trust on a Saturday. You should be the kind of engineer who finishes the whole workflow, not just the demo of it. Familiarity with the Orthodox Church is a genuine plus, not a requirement.

Design calm surfaces the people who run institutions can use without a manual.

Most of our software is run by volunteers who are often older, often reserved about technology, and usually tired. Calm is not a decoration for us. It is the point. You would design surfaces, public and administrative both, that a person can be shown once and then simply use. We are looking for real editorial type sense, a respect for the traditions we serve, and the patience to make ordinary things excellent. Bring work you are proud of, and tell us why it matters to you.
